Project Managers are required to maintain daily communications with their respective on-site Project Superintendents. Open discussion about job-site activities, the project’s “Two Week Look Ahead Schedule”, safety and quality control issues/concerns are essential to maintaining project production and ensuring customer satisfaction. Project Managers conduct weekly on-site project meetings with the Facility Contractor Officer Technical Representative (COTR)/Owners Representative, the Project Superintendent and Subcontractors to ensure all project issues are quickly addressed and any necessary corrective measures implemented to ensure the highest quality of work, maintain established production schedules and provide the highest customer service to our clients.

  1. OSHA – 30 Hour Safety Training Course

  2. US Army Corp of Engineers – Construction Quality Management Course

  1. OSHA – 30 Hour Safety Training Course

  3. On-Site-Safety-Representative Training (OSSR) (Department of Energy Site Superintendents)

  4. DOE – S-12 Safety & Exhibits’ Manuel

 

EEI field laborers Certifications:

  1. OSHA – 10 Hour Safety Training Course (at minimum)

 

All EEI employees receive the following training on an annual basis:

  1. First Aid, CPR and AED Training

  2. Lead and Asbestos Awareness

  3. Hazard Communication Training

  4. EM-385 Refresher Course
